AI-Based AutoEF automates the calculation of left ventricular ejection fraction by using AI algorithms to detect and trace endocardial borders in apical four-chamber and two-chamber views. The system identifies end-diastolic and end-systolic frames, traces the left ventricular cavity, and applies the biplane Simpson method to calculate EF without manual caliper placement. This eliminates the most time-consuming and operator-dependent step in a standard echocardiogram.
