Key Benefits

Why Voice Control matters

01

Fewer reaches to the keyboard

Supported commands can be made while the operator maintains transducer position. This is useful when a small hand movement would make a view difficult to reacquire.

02

Supports procedure-room workflow

Hands-free adjustments can reduce unnecessary movement between the patient and console. The operator confirms each change on the system display.

03

Quick access to common adjustments

Gain and depth commands address settings that are frequently changed during a scan. Command and language availability varies by installed configuration.

04

Keeps attention on the live exam

The clinician can remain oriented to the image and patient while requesting a supported adjustment. The feature is designed to complement, not replace, direct system controls.

About Voice Control

Point-of-care and interventional ultrasound often puts the operator in a position where reaching back to the keyboard interrupts the scan. Voice Control provides a hands-free path to selected commands so the clinician can keep attention on the patient and transducer. Supported commands include common adjustments such as increasing or decreasing gain and depth; the available command set and languages depend on configuration and region. Voice Control is a workflow convenience, not an autonomous imaging function. The operator remains responsible for verifying every setting change on screen and for maintaining infection-control and procedural standards.
